1. No one under 21 allowed. 
2. No Politics. 
3. No uncomfortable topics. 
4. Allow everyone to speak.
5. Apologize if you accidentally interrupt and allow them time to finish. 
6. If someone asks you to change the subject, change the subject.
7. Please be respectful, polite, and kind to everyone who enters. 
8. When a new person enters the room, stop the conversation, welcome that person, introduce everyone if needed, and then continue the conversation. 
9. Make sure all newcomers feel welcome and respected.
